As a rule of thumb, add about 4 feet of clearance on every side of the castle so kids can get in and out safely and the unit can be staked down. Each castle's exact size is listed on its page — if you're unsure, send us your yard measurements and we'll tell you what fits.

The blower needs a standard outdoor outlet within about 75 feet of the setup spot. We bring the blower and extension cords — you just provide the plug. 

Weather happens! You can reschedule or cancel free of charge any time before we set up if the forecast turns.  — for bounce castles, light drizzle is fine, 

Standard rentals are for the day: we set up in the morning and pick up in the evening. For events with specific windows, tell us your schedule and we'll work around it.

Yes — a responsible adult must supervise the castle whenever kids are bouncing. We'll walk you through the safety rules at setup: age limits, capacity, no shoes, no food, and no flipping.

Every unit is cleaned and sanitized after each rental and inspected before it arrives at your door. It's the same standard we'd want at our own kids' parties.

We do not take a deposit at booking, Payment is due in full upon delivery.

Weekend dates in May through September fill up fast — 2 to 4 weeks ahead is a safe bet. That said, we can always accommodate last-minute requests, so it never hurts to ask.
